Girls, to many people, unfortunately come off as “dramatic” or “needy.” However, no one ever really knows how someone else may be feeling or what issues they are experiencing. It is very important to focus on yourself, always put yourself before others, it will help you in the long run.
If you are ever feeling lost, or don’t know what exactly to do, try making yourself feel better by doing a little self care, and pamper yourself, it will help you feel better physically and mentally.
Some Self Care Tips: It is very important to have good hygiene, and to take care of yourself. If you are feeling down, these are some good tips and ideas of what to do if you are bored, or just need some self care and having a little “me time.” To begin, these activities are most effective and will mostly help you the most if you are to practice them every 1-2 weeks. Pick a date and stick to that schedule.
